Requesting Access

To request access to the API Key and Secret, you must have a Sales Journey account enabled with a valid plan.


First Step

Access the Sales Journey Platform with a valid account.


Second Step

On the top menu, click on



Third Step

Click on the “Integrations” menu.

If this menu is not available, open a ticket to request the API Key and Secret.


Fourth Step

Click on “Access Keys” and then on “Request Access Key/Secret”.


Fifth Step

Give a name to the Access Key/Secret.

Important: Copy the Secret in a secure place, as the code is shown only at the time of creation. If you lose or forget the Secret, you will need to request another one. This process disables all previously generated Secrets.
